TDP is a firm of Property Development Managers and Consultants, who act on behalf of landowners, developers and investors. Our prime objective is to initiate and manage substantial, multifaceted developments in a risk averse way with a view to adding utmost value for our clients.

TDP offers to its clients the skills and services that would normally only be found in a large development company, yet we differ in that we do not own an interest in the developments we are working on. Accordingly, our clients retain the profits generated by the creative activities of TDP.

Under most appointments, TDP manages the process of preparing drawings and seeking Planning Permission.This often leads to TDP monitoring the construction process, and overseeing the letting or sale of the completed development. Unlike many Project Managers, our background lies in deal making, so we bring a commercial edge to the development process which we believe is unique in the market place.

We are presently managing over one million square feet of development. Our team comprises of Fellows and Members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) with experience of working for major development companies, private individuals and local authorities.

We take an innovative approach to fees tailored to suit the needs of our clients, and will often work on a performance based arrangement so that we get paid when we add value .
